Stupid Rain

Got 3.5in at the house in under 6hrs. Couple that w/ 30+ mph wind gusts a/ plants went everywhere. Only one broke, unfortunately it was at stem, the rest were all bent sideways. Hoping the last 2hrs of staking them all up gets them back upright soon. My other hope is the rain apocolypse doesn't cause any temporary a/or permanent damage to all the unripened pods. Now we need lots of sun to dry out the raised bed.

Could've been worse.

Yes. This weather was part of the nasty system that rolled throigh Texas a/ MS on Monday

We got 0.2 outta that system and wind too. Fortunately the 8' tree habs were tied off to a fence, and all the rest of the plants over 5' were t-posted. All the potted Bhuts blew over along with a bunch of other plants.
That was a good norther. Dropped the humidity to 20%. No sweating for the last two days...

it rained pretty hard yesterday here too. nothing like that though. more rain, less wind.
