hello, everyone,

I have some jalapeno plants in my greenhouse that we three years old in Feb. I know in the summer when they are stressed the jalapenos get hot, but i picked a bucket of peppers today and all these seemed to be fall peppers, had moderate temperatures and adequate water but were still super hot. As plants get old will the peppers keep getting hotter, I like spicy jalapenos, but some times i just want the jalapeno flavor without the heat. These were seeded and still overwhelmed a lot of of people with heat.. Anyways, I just wanted to know what you guys thought,
