Let Me introduce Kashmiri

OK. I might just be able to introduce another variety here.
It is called "Kashmiri". Comes from India. It is used like Cayenne or papriks. But is more spicy and more flavorful than paprika, imo.

I bought a bag of Kashmiri from an Indian supermarket not too log ago, for the first time. The pods are about 3 - 4" long, thin skinned and nice dark red/brown.

So I liked it and started test germinating some seeds. It looks like that they are germinating. In this case I will have tons of seeds that i can send to Johnny's seeds swap. Anybody would be interested?

I don't think this has anything to do with Led Zeppelin Kashmir. haha
Kashmir is a region in India/Pakistan, famouse for many things like a fine wool. And of course Kashmiri chili is one of their favorite.

Now that I witness a lot of interest in this chili, I happily announce hereby that the seeds taken from a pod have germinated successfully, in about 5 days.

They are the GREEN ones in the picture. Look a lot like Cayenne to me.
