Orange Plum Habanero - any exprience?

Posted by peps22 (My Page) on

I'm considering growing these due to the fact that it comes out early, and I live in New England with shorter growing season... Has anyone grown these? Anyone know where I can get seeds? Reimer is out of stock and not answering emails....

Never heard of them, but, did find them in a google search. A hybrid that sounds engineered (you can't simply save seeds, you have to purchase original seeds).

From what I've heard / read on a couple of pepper forums, Reimer's is one of the least popular seed vendors out there...right next to e-bay.

does anyone have any suggestions on other varieties of "early" habaneros? The 100 days to maturity means i don't get these until september, when the growing season is almost over.
