While playing around I found one of my favorite dishes to use powder in. Simple but really good and something I wouldn't have thought to add peppers too. So I thought I would share.
-Take half an onion and an entire head of garlic ( I used two entire heads yes the entire thing not a clove but a head) chop super duper fine ( food processor) and cook in a generous amount of olive oil add salt.
- in a big bowl combined 1.5 pound of meat ( I used half beef and half venison)
-2 eggs
- 1cup of Parmesan cheese or a tad more
- 1cup of bread crumbs ( Italian Panko is what I used)
- combined well with hands squish squish and squish some more
- let onion garlic and olive oil cool and add it to meat mixture and squish some more
- add 1/4 of cup a water and squish some more keep squishing until it is we'll mixed it should feel wet
- then I ground up 5 dried Carolina reapers in a coffee grinder and added to the mixture used gloves and squished some more ( could use any super hot powder)
- form into balls and bake on a cookie sheet with olive oil on it at 350 for twenty minutes
- and your favorite pasta sauce ( I put reaper powder in that also ) yummmmm!!!
