I got what was supposed to be Carolina Reaper plant from you 2 years ago -- I sent you pics of the fruit that looked like Red Scop. --not like the knobby/blistery looking skin of the Reaper.......( then you sent me seeds --that I didn't have time to start last year....)

Last spring, my neighbor gave me an extra plant he had of the CR. I only got 3 fruit and THEY were smooth skinned too . He told me that HE got the seed from the "guy" who named the CR---

So this is what I am wondering : Is it possible that the 2nd or 3rd gen. may have reverted ? or that they got crossed with another pep. ?
