Young Thai Dragon Plant - Veins/Leaves Turning Black

i just started growing a thai dragon recently and some of my leaves are starting to turn a black color (might be deep deep red or purple) its not spots or lesions. it seems to be inside the veins of the leaf and stems. any ideas?

i included some pictures. they should be clear enough to figure out what is wrong. i should also give a brief description of how i went about doing this. first, i should say it was my first time growing anything. :) i used seed starting soil, cut a milk carton, bought one 2700k CFL and one 6000k CFL. waiting till i saw some sprouts and then applied light ~15hrs/day. i only water when the top portion of the soil is dry to the touch and i use miracle grow every other watering.

FYI: i have not started with real sunlight yet nor have i transferred the plant to regular soil. is it time for these things to be done?

things were going beautifully and then that black stuff started to grow into the veins of the leafs. looks to me like it started from the tips.
