Curing in-bone pork loin chops for low heat bbq

I just juiced 3 cups of Bearss Limes from my tree. Added to that about 16 orange habaneros -- these are but a few of the 500 I harvested this summer and vacuum packed in the freezer. Put in a teaspoon of salt and 1/4 cup of avocado oil and pureed it in the blender. Now that mixture is resting overnight in the refrigerator. Tomorrow I'll use it to cure 8 bone-in pork loin chops for bbq at about 325F on Friday or Saturday.
