bacterial spot/wilt

Hi all,

My wife's pepper garden area was completely destroyed by some peter pepper seeds from amazon infected with bacterial spot. Thought it was eradicated when we pulled everything up but apparently one of the seedlings in the outside greenhouse snuck through and spread it to the rest. I'm going to empty it tonight and feed her habs, cayenne, etc, and my entire young crop of 7 pots, ghosts, etc to the goats today.

My problem is she helpfully put my 15 1' tall reapers in the greenhouse right before I discovered this and almost all are showing symptoms. I moved them out, clipped the leaves, and sprayed with a copper mix.

Do you all think I should cut my losses and toss all of them? I have some nice mature peppers along the house that are unaffected, and the entire indoor seedling area is unaffected so we can start fresh in January. I'll post some pics tonight. :(
