| Just made two batches of homemade white peach ghost chili jam. Used 10-11 ghosts per batch. Delicious...and has a good bite to it that lingers...and lingers!
Next up...holiday peanut brittle with ghost powder. Might just do the powder from one large chili for starters. Maybe two! |

| The peanut brittle turned out really well. I powdered up two chilis for the batch. The longer the brittle stays stuck in your teeth, the more the heat spreads. Will be interesting when I share this with coworkers today. Who would suspect brittle?! |
