Ghost Jam

Just made two batches of homemade white peach ghost chili jam. Used 10-11 ghosts per batch. Delicious...and has a good bite to it that lingers...and lingers!

Next up...holiday peanut brittle with ghost powder. Might just do the powder from one large chili for starters. Maybe two!

The peanut brittle turned out really well. I powdered up two chilis for the batch. The longer the brittle stays stuck in your teeth, the more the heat spreads. Will be interesting when I share this with coworkers today. Who would suspect brittle?!
