I have been growing Scorpion Moruga pepper plants since October under flouro's and have recently changed over to a blackstar LED light panel. I topped a few plants about a month ago and new growth is coming out. My question and concern is that a lot of my plants leaf tips are getting dry and break off and where I topped my plants the new growth seems shaped funny or just small. Another things is I feel like for how long I have been growing them, they have not grown tall or maybe they are just very slow growing. If I am correct from what I read about deficiencies and toxities, I might be getting salt build-up and my tap water might have too much chlorine in it? If anyone knows a thing or two about this, please help me figure this out before it gets too late ):
