Christmas Pepper Powder

Hello all,

Well, I just finished picking the last of my in-ground plant pods for this year. I figured, what the heck just make a Christmas concoction of powder using them all. So onto the dehydrator they went. As you can see not all are ripe or fully grown. This should make for one hell of a hot powder mix.

Red Bhut, Reapers, Butch T's, Yellow Devils Tongue, Moruga's, Scotch Bonnets, Korean chili's and some Dorset Naga's.

Now just to figure out what other ingredients to add to make it a good seasoning and/or rub. Thoughts?

Great color! I'd add some garlic or onion to it.

Leave some of the powder unseasoned for adding to hot chocolate or sweet baked goods...adds a nice kick!

If I had to make power, I would make 3 kinds :
==RED
== ORANGE/YELLOW
== GREEN

We have been smoking then dehydrating our peppers and dont really know what else to put in them. They are bad about caking after being ground. Any suggestions? We lost all our pepper plants, most were 5 years old, today in a tripped breaker in the greenhouse so I want this last bath of dehydrated peppers to be something special.
