Jelly Time

Time to start making the Holiday Jelly. Mainly Habanero this year; however, going to make a very small batch of Scorp.

Started w/ 5lbs of Habs a/ (manually) sliced/de-seeded them all. Yielded 12 cups of pepper strips. Hoping to getting ~40 (8oz) jars upon completion.
