I've come across some good cheap bottles at Michael's, Cost Plus World Market, and Big Lots, too. (Michael's and CPWM have frequent sales and coupons, too.) Some bottles are similar to those pictured above, but other types, too.

I found a really nice one with screw-on stainless steel lid at CPWM. (Even when they're shown online as $-- for 6 or something, they are usually sold singly in the store.)
