Thai Chilli leaves curling up ; No pests found !!

Ive planted thai chilli from seed for 5 months now in soil.
Started flowering for the first time 2 weeks back
Last week the new leaves started to deform and curl up.
I cant see any pests on the underside of the leaves.
Suggestions?
