Absolutely they will. If you get impatient, spray them with some Epsom salt dissolved in water (make sure there are no additives). Maybe 1 teaspoon (tablespoon?) to a quart of water -- can't remember the exact ratio. Give 'em a week or two and they'll start flowering like crazy again.

That is what I do to make my aerogarden peppers flower. Unfortunately the humidity is so low they rarely set fruit :(

Flower drop probable causes:

1. Day temp too high >95F
2. Night temp too low 85F
3. Too much nitrogen fertilizer
4. Too much water
5. Low light levels (reduces fertility).
6. Very low humidity (reduces fertility)
7. Poor air circulation (air circulation contributes to pollination).
8. Lack of pollinating insects.
9. Size of pot

10. Too much mineral in feedwater.
11. Too much grower attention/anxiety.

How old/large are these plants? If they're not mature, then they won't set pods.

I started them all Sept 5th, I'm thinking it was the three days without light and water drip on the roots that did it, looks like some of the newer blossoms might stay, and I found one tiny pepper pod on one:) I am just wondering if it may be best to remove the rest of the buds and wait for it to grow/flower more? or let them be??Thanks for your input!

In addition to Willard3's list I'd add stress as that seems to be what happened to yours. I wouldn't remove any remaining flowers or buds as the stress seems to have thinned them enough.

On a side note, I'm in the Merrimack Valley of Taxachusetts, are you north of me? If yes, you had a tough time of it! I watched the news, I lived in Nashua for 15 years, and that was quite a storm.
