I am working with the hottest peppers I can buy until I can grow them this spring. I bought two pineapples, and yes I am rooting the tops, and have them cooking as I write with sweet onions, bell peppers and three very large scotch bonnets. I can smell the heat from in the computer room. I will euther puree the mixture and cook it down with apple cidar vinerar or I will leave in chunks and add the vinegar with other spices. I just remember I have some fresh ginger I need to go add as it is cooking towards the tenderness stage on everything. Will let you know it turns out and post a picture if my housemate will take it for me. I don;t own a cell phone and my camera is packed up at the moment as we are redoing the floors i the house. I am getting a smaller camera for general usage.
