Angry Beneficial Microbes

The angry Beneficial Microbes, because a framer used mineral salts like the ones in 10-10-10 fertilizer. We know so little about the soil or microbes so how do we know how they feel?
Not to mention which feeling they are feeling.
A new organic gardener was telling me he read this in a
Permaculture book.
NO, I do not remember what the title is.:-)
Can anyone tell me if he is right & how we have this knowledge.

They're probably not angry as much as they're just plain dead.

Yes this is a subject that I am discussing in the compost forum called "advanced composting". Please read it talks all about the effects of salts on the soil.

I wish everyone thought like this.
