homestead muscadines... HELP

I am working on putting in a muscadine trellis. However, I am trying to squeeze in as much foo in a small space as possible. I was planning on doing a double curtain trellis but then I thought... Can I have more variety in the same amount of space and perhaps even more production.

Can anyone with experience tell me the problem with this plan:

Build a normal double curtain trellis. on one end, plant an Ison vine next to the near side, left trellis post. Then I would plant a Pineapple variety on the far side left trellis. I would just use a single fine and let it run the full 20 feet. Am I missing something? I couldn't find anyone doing that but it makes since. A normal double curtain is said to be 30% more productive than a single line. I just figure a completely separate vine will be 100% more production.

I don't want to wait 3 years to find out that I messed up. Thanks.
