I'd like to learn more, hands on. Can anyone send me in the right direction? I have 1-2 weeks free this spring and would love to go somewhere away from the snow, and get some more ideas for my farm

Thank you for the link! Looks like I just missed the course. Maybe next year. Maybe I'll find something similar for spring!
