does its location indicate that it can damage anything... when it falls down???

if not ... just watch mother nature take it down ... might take a decade or two ....

otherwise.. have it removed.. if it is a threat to anything ...

in my world.. right or not .. this is how i think about this ... interior wood is standing lumber ... dead wood .... there isnt much active life in it.. and once it starts rotting ... either before the bugs open it up ... or after ... there isnt much.. cost effective ... to treat dead interior wood ... one might argue.. that the rot.. attracted the bugs ... usually things like this are prevented.. not cured .. [and trust me.. there are all kinds of people who take your money to do it]

the key there.. is cost effective.. obviously spending money on curing this type of problem in what is ones usual biggest investment.. a house ... involves a cost that is worth spending money on ... but on some tree.. out in nature... again.. in my world.. its not worth the effort ...

will this tree fall on.. and kill anything of value.. like you or your house ...????
