loganberry brown leaves blueberry

i have repotted and i moved the pot to a more shaded spot so the sun doesn't cause it to wilt and burn but its still getting brown leaves it starts at the edge on all leaves and moves inward it starts as light brown then darkens one of the stems also has a yellow streak
and with a blueberry that is rosetting and has no flowers/fruit just lots of leaves that is caused by a zinc deficiency correct?
