Aphids come in many colors, depedning on the plant they are on. They can be green, yellow, black, white, etc. First get proper identification. Pick off a leaf they are on and place that in a sealable, clear, plastic bag and then take that to your local office of your state universities Cooperative Extension Service.
Control of Aphids is fairly simple by using a sharp stream of water to knock the wee buggers off the plants. That sharp steam of water can come from a spray bottle, or a pump sprayer. |
