strange spots

At first I have to say " This a great forum"

I have a Red Maple and a Green Spire. I have recently repotted both and they had a good growth at first but the Maple's leaves are gradually getting faded and dark especially on their tips as well as brown and white outstanding small spots and also burns are appearing on the Green Spire's leaves and the leaves are getting yellow and falling. there's no sign of insects on them.
What's the problem?What should I do, please?

They're deciduous trees that should be dormant at this time of year.

What conditions are you using to try to keep these seedlings(?) growing?

They were outside, but because of low temperature and recent repotting, I've just brought them in (a quite warm place) and they began to grow.
