i need assistance with this lady palm. it is potted in container with no drainage holes. the tips are always brownish and i'm tired of pruning it. in addition to the brown leaf tips, there appear to be partial browning/wilting at edges and middle of leaves. I'm new to indoor plants. pls note this is an office plant. thanks
