I have a philodendron that has been in a rather cool greenhouse this winter (low mid-40s) and recently, I have noticed these yellow spots on most of the leaves. Otherwise, the plant appears healthy-maybe bacteria or fungus? If so, any treatment or advice? Thanks!

More likely physiological than a disease. Mid-40s is rather cool (i.e.: cold) for a philodendron.
