help with citrus plant!

hello, this citrus plant is showing signs of deficiency I believe, ( I don't think it is a toxicity issue... I have tested this by leaching and flushing my soil multiple times)... Im thinking its magnesium deficient? from what I can find it looks like ither that or manganese. any suggestions? thank you
