Any hope? Vole problem.

One day I came home and my small gardenia tree was flopped over. I picked it up and it came out of the ground. The voles had eaten all of the roots right down to the trunk. Is there any hope my gardenia will survive?

RE: Any hope? Vole problem.

pot it .. in good damp potting media ..

set in shade.. keep it properly watered.. which means NEAR drying in between deep watering ...

and cross your fingers..
