Lettuce Droppy Leaves

Hello,
I've built a small hydroponic setup for trying out NFT technique,
so far i've encounter some problems but i've manage to figure them out by my self.
A few days ago, I changed water with same nutrient as original concentration, and next morning I found that all leaves were droppy or down. In that day, they tried to get up, but next day all the leaves drop completly.
Does any one know what could have happened?
