If you suspect those tiny specks which are most likely aphids, know that they aren't making holes.

Look for something much larger. Look under the leaves during the day, also after dark.

At the same time know that a few holes of that size won't impair the plant's health.

then its poop ..

and in this case.. of that which is eating holes ...

this is not urgent ...

but do try going out at night with a flashlight.. and see if you can find anything ...

The solution depends on what is making the holes and whether those black spots are Aphids or frass, aka insect poop. The holes might be made by snails or slugs which are usually active at night.
