Apricot - white juice & dark spots on trimmings

Hi,
I'm suspecting some kind of disease on this young apricot, but have no clue what it might be:
Black spots (look like fungus or algae) & juice running out

White sticky juice crystallizing (feels crumbly) & a mosquito (upper third of branch) that I see too often on this branch

Black spots at the bottom of the tree (was orignially sealed with some sort of wax)

Any idea what this might be and how best to treat it?
