Hello,

I have started a variety of pepper plants from seed. Some of them now have their leaves curling up. On the bottom are raised bumps (not much visible damage on the top). The bumps are sort of clear or white. Not all the curling leaves have visible bumps at present. I could not rub them off. It seems to be worst in the middle of the plant but is extending to the new leaves developing as well. I have attached a picture of the underside of a leaf.

I have done some searches but still can not figure this out. Help is much appreciated.
