Hi,
We went to see a house we are considering buying. In two of the rooms there were clusters of about 8 brown/black pellets in the corners of the walls, near the ceiling. Not on a ledge, they were actually STUCK to the wall. There were also what looked like a dry/crumbled version of the same on the floors, but in other places in the rooms. It was only in two of the rooms of the house. The rest were untouched. This is a gorgeous house and we are seriously considering buying it, but I want to know what kind of pest problem it may be before we move forward. Does anyone have an idea? It could be a cocoon of a bug, too. I'm a city person, I have no idea. They are about rabbit pellet sized, except oblong and brownish/black and STUCK to the corners of the walls by the ceiling.
