Looks like they might have been awfully leggy and very young. Stems should be short and sturdy as they emerge. Yours look like they have been grown in too little light, in very warm conditions, or both. Such weak, elongated stems can't support themselves

Seedlings require a great deal of light when started inside. Most of us provide strong artificial lighting to get the seedlings off to a successful start, allowing them to grow into strong plants before slowly introducing them to the full sunlight when the time has come to plant them outside.

Not only way too leggy, but insufficiently developed. Seedlings should have at least a full set of true leaves before moving. Yours only have cotyledons. Then they need to be hardened off by setting them outside for increasing intervals. Tomatoes are usually started about 6 weeks before transplanting outside, when they have thickened stems and perhaps a dozen pairs of true leaves.

Also, you should thin them to leave only one plant.

i would NEVER fertilize such young babes ...

and now.. what rhiz said.. stated a different way ...

lights should be no more than two inches above the plants ... adjusted every day if need be ...

and yours should be squat little one inch plants.. and the fact that they are what looks like near on 3 inches.. and fallen over due to weakness .. and near all white ... indicate that it is insufficient light intensity ...

with proper light levels.. plants make their own 'food' .. and that can not be overcome.. by you juicing them .. once they are growing nicely .. and say 2 or 3 inches.. with 2 or 3 sets of true leaves.. then a very weak fert could be applied ....

start over.. you have plenty of time ..
