Looks like Megacopta cribraria, aka the kudzu stinkbug. I'd not expect to find them on viburnum, being a pest of legumes, but then again....they are finding their way into homes.

Check with on line images to compare, as your photograph was not the best for identification purposes.

Thanks rhizo. That is exactly what they are. They were only on two plants of a group of 5. They were on a few stems and several of the blooms.
