CJ, are these red mites on your plants causing damage or in the soil? Is there any obvious damage to your Veggies?
Red Spider Mites will cause a plant to look washed out and cover everything in a fine spiderlike web.
As for the ants, as long as they're not "farming" undesirables such as aphids or getting into your home I'd just let them be.
The Roly-Polys are harmless.

Red clover mites are common during moist conditions, especially during spring. That may be what you see. If so, not a problem.
