Mosaic virus in raised beds - What to do?

petuniaxyz

Both of my raised beds are infected with mosaic virus.
Do I have to get rid of the soil in order to replant in them. The master gardener in my county said to remove any garden debris and that should be ok. I did that last year and all of my plants still became infected.
My other question is: What do I do with the soil? I live in an urban setting so I donâÂÂt have many options. Can I spread it around a bare patch in the back of my yard and hope that the virus does not attack any shrubs I may plant there later in the season?
Is it ok to reuse the cedar wood I used for the walls " could they be contaminated too?
Thanks for your help.
