Leaf Hoppers

| My Basil is being overrun by Leaf Hoppers. I sprayed a store bought garlic deterrant on the leaves yesterday evening, tops and bottoms, which worked well while the leaves were wet. But the leaf hoppers are back.

| Insecticidal soap applications will help. Neem oil is also reported to be very effective, but I cannot speak to that personally. It's something that I will probably try this year. |
