Help Identifying leaf discoloration on Peach Tree

I have a new dwarf bonanza peach tree that has some odd discoloration. Most of the tree seems good, but about 10 leaves have some red splotches on them (see attached photo). On top of the red spot, it has almost a light gray/white color. This photo is of the worst/most discolored leaf.

I initially thought it was leaf curl, but nothing seems malformed and it only I only see it on mature leafs (that were previously entirely green). Any thoughts? Is this a nutrient deficiency or something else?

What have you done to the tree since you acquired it? IS it in the ground or a container?

Could be combo of environmental and mechanical damage.

Any chance of posting an image of the tree overall?

Sure! I got the tree the last weekend of March - so it's been planted in the ground for about 6 weeks.

I watered it every day for the first 3 weeks (per instructions from nursery) and am now watering every other day.

The tree has been spliced, I suspect to add a bit more of a trunk to the plant.

It also has 4 healthy looking peaches about the size of a silver dollar.

Well, overall the tree looks like it's in fine condition.
No need to be concerned about a few dark spots on one leaf.
