Pest on my garden - gopher?

Hello,

I started having this problem on my garden in this year. Something is making tunnel around the fence and I see small mount of soil, if I dig there I can see the tunnel. After researching on the web, it makes me think that it is a gopher. I got the gopher trap and try to place it there, but the tunnel seems to be small for the trap. Could this be something else? I am very concerned now that it may destroy all my vegetable plants :-(

where are you ...

in my corner of the world.. it would be moles or groundhogs.. depending how big the tunnel is ... one eats bugs/worms.. one eats plants ...

if the trap is too big for the tunnel... then its probably not what you think ...

BTW.. why do you call it a gopher trap??? ... do you know that for a fact???

I bought the Sweeney's Gopher Trap thinking that is a gopher
