Strawberry Leaf Edges dried, burnt

Good day everyone!
I just purchased these Strawberry plants from a major hardware store and within a week, this leaf condition appeared. It appears to be, according to some internet research, "LEAF BLOTCH CAUSED BY GNOMONIA COMARI (ANAMORPH ZYTHIA FRAGARIAE)" but I was hoping to get some second and third opinions.
Also, how effective would NEEM OIL in the control of your diagnosis?
