A lot of people elsewhere have told me this is blight. I got some fungicide and hope I'm applying it correctly. =/ Any input is greatly appreciated.

Blight is a non-specific term which means "damage."

Need to ID the underlying problem before can determne a remedy, if any.

For that,we need info how and where they are growing, also details of watering & fertilizing

please stop applying chemicals.. until you have a full and proper ID

where are you in MO ... if i recall it can be anything between a z5 and 8 ...

can you rule out cold damage... begonia is one of the most sensitive ....

I live in Sikeston, MO--z7, I believe. It hasn't been cold since the plants were put outside.
I don't let the soil get totally dry and water lightly as needed. I put Miracle Grow in the water once a week (following instructions on container.)
The passion flowers are in full sun. Chard has never been in full sun. I started the chard indoors and moved it outside where it is not in dark shade, but gets a nice, bright, indirect sunlight--I'm trying not to burn the little buggers to a crisp and introduce them to full-sun slowly. The begonia is in a spot where it gets half a day of full sun, quarter day indirect sun, quarter day shade.
