Help Identifying Weeping Cherry Disease

Our weeping cherry tree is approximately 8 years old. up until this spring has been very healthy. we had some pruning issues in the beginning and it has gotten awayworse from us again this year and as we were going to trim it we discovered that we have a disease issue. I've searched the Web and images but I am unable to identify the problem. Can anyone tell me what my tree is infected with and if there's any chance of saving it? thank you for the advice.
