Lots of white & black spots on pepper plants

Hello GW, new here. I finally got space for my first real garden. A couple dozen tomato plants and a dozen pepper plants all seem to be doing well. However, I noticed one of the pepper plants is absolutely covered with tiny white and black spots, from ground level to leaf tips. They don't seem to move, and the plant appears to be healthy; in fact it's one of the fastest growers in the garden. There are no holes or chewed-up leaves. I also just noticed some of these spots appearing on an adjacent plant. I'm almost afraid to ask, but can anyone tell me if I'm in trouble? If it helps, the plant is a chili pequin, and the adjacent plant just starting to get the spots is a chili de arbol. Thanks!
