tomato plant turns yellow

Hi,

I've been growing small tomato plants in a pot since april, but now they are turning yellowish, and the leaves eventually become brown and fall off. It seems to start at the bottom of each plant. The plants don't really grow anymore (but I think it's a kind that produces little tomatoes so maybe that's normal). Am I giving not enough water, or is it rather too much? Or maybe they just don't have enough space to grow properly?

Secondly, these same tomato plants are having darkened areas at the tops. Is this maybe sun burn?

But thirdly, I also have a problem of little larves or worms. They are about 1cm in length, transparent with a black head and you can see their intestines (or that's what I think it is). They stay on and in the soil, they don't climb on the plants. They're not specific for tomato plants, I also have them with my forget-me-not's. I'm pretty sure they came with the soil.

Anyone who knows a part of an answer on my questions?
