Small green bugs are likely to be aphids.
No harsh chemicals needed.
Blast off with a harsh water spray.

These bugs seem bigger than aphids that I've seen before--and they are very agile. I knocked them off with water and they quickly just came on back.

I just guessed due tot he fact that I can't see any detail in that very dark photo.

I downloaded the pic to my computer, changed a few settings, but I don't see any critters.

Any chance of posting a picture showing the critters?

Here's another view of the bug--it scurries around quickly so hard to photograph at times.
