Any advice on what I should do.? Rather not use pesticides but if there are some safe ones then mabye I will.

I'm with you as to not using pesticides. Good call!

As for figuring out what's eating your leaves, you'll probably need to do detective work. Check on the plants in the morning, evening, and at night (with a flashlight). Especially check the underside of the leaves, where many critters hide and eat away.

Could be caterpillars or other bugs eating the holes. They and/or animals (rabbits) could be eating the edges and entire leaves.

Once you determine what's bothering the plants, you can make the next step toward finding a good safe solution.

The yellowed leaves though could be over or under watering, or some mineral deficiency.

Short of nitrogen. Please fertilize! Regularly.

The nibbles in the 2nd image are insignificant.

The devoured tomato leaves are a caterpillar. Look closely. They often blend in. Perhaps the tobacco ("tomato) hornworwm.

The chewed leaves on eggplants are due to a modest-sized eating machine at work. Look, on top & undersurface of leaves, both daytime and 10 PM or so.

Thanks appreciate the advice. I live in Chicago if that helps figure out what type of bug it could be. Haven't noticed any catapillers on the tomato. As for animals its unlikely because the garden is caged in pretty well. Today I baught miracle grow and plan to water with once a week. I tried dicing a onion and soaking in water over night...straining into spray bottle and spraying. Haven't noticed if it work but it did bring more ants. Here are some better pictures mabye they will help out.

Did some flashlighting through the garden. Didn't see anything under eggplant.

Nor tomato.

Beer catchers had one small black long bug.

Found one bug looks like one of those water bugs that curl up.
