I was trying to grow different herbs indoors (oregano, dill, spearmint and basil) and they all developed some white-ish discoloration on the leaves and all of these little black spots! The plants were from different places, and the Basil I even got way later and it was fine for awhile, but then developed the same symptoms.

I just moved to a different apartment that has an outdoor gardening space, so I moved some herbs outside thinking that may help, but there is a giant oregano plant that has always been outdoors that I just noticed, and it has the same spots!!

Does anyone know what the heck these are and how to treat it?? Thank you!
