What are these spots on the underside leaves of house plant?

This kind of houseplant had always been doing so well until now. It has kept dropping the leaves. The dropped leaves are usually already turned olive to light brown color. All the dropped leaves have spots underside.

What are these spots? How can I cure the plant?
