Good or Bad Bug?

Hi All -
I'm in San Diego. Found the enclosed on my orange tree. Currently, I have aphids and mites and waiting for my lacewing eggs to hatch to control the infestation, which isn't too bad. Was inspecting the lacewing eggs and found this guy. Is it good or bad?
Also, i have a lot of lady bugs showing up. Will the lady bugs get along with green lacewings? Will they eat the eggs or larvae?
